Task-7

 Difference between Arrogance and Confidence
Many people have the wide concept to explain about confidence and arrogance. Some people think these two words have similar in meanings while other think they are different. To make the clear concept about the relation and for my curiosity about these words I try to evaluate arrogance and confidence.
Arrogance is the sort of behavior for certain people who think they are more important than others. Such people are always fond of themselves, feel proud and think otherpeople always depend upon them. An arrogant person only feels smart if someone else feels stupid. They insist on correcting other people’s grammar or showing them their flaws, as it’s the only way they can feel an approximation of confidence. For example, a student who is renowned in the class always feel proud of himself. When a friend ask him for help he denies pretend to have other work.
Confidence is the positive thinking of an individual. It is simply the way of trust one can perform on other or moreover on oneself. People who have self-confidence in themselves can achieve the ladder of success in their life. They use their talents to genuinely try to be of use, or to succeed at the task at hand. A confident student never describe themselves with boasting and fritting. S/he always feel generous to help and share the knowledge among others. Thus, it enhances the mutual cooperation between them. Such is the example for confident people.
A long running debate in my own mind is the difference between arrogance and confidence. Though these two words are the state of mind which contradictseach other. Arrogance is defined as an exaggerated sense of self-worth.  But one person’s confidence is another person’s arrogance. Like two employees working in a communication center must have talent on their related field. But one can have more knowledge on something than other doesn’t mean that other is stupid. In some cases an arrogant person may have more skill than a confident person, but the confident person will tend to wield whatever abilities they have with more calm control than an arrogant person can. Knowledge is gained more as much it is shared. The best way to gain knowledge is teaching.
Walter Bond likes to say “confidence is arrogance under control.” This is a great way of thinking about arrogance and confidence. It is fact that different people will have different perceptions. But a lot of that perception is determined based, not so much on what one say but how they say it. The point of view is one need to be very careful about how others try to perceive. For example, as soon as you meet any people you start to observe them from their behavior. Your first expression is always critical. Thus it is very important to keep a close eye and ear on that person. Somebody get rude from you just because they are jealous of your talent. This is why they seek you for your knowledge to gain their accomplishments. The goal is to complement each other’s knowledge, it will improve the chances of the two parties having a more workable and long-term relationship that works for both of them.
Thus from the overview of different people and their concept about these two words it concludes that arrogance and confidence are most similar, only these words are self in relation for individual behaviors. These words are evaluated under the same condition only concept make the differences.
